It's getting harder and harder to only choose ten caps, but I must be strong and steadfast! #3 was going to be a bonus this time, but that is a dangerous road to go down, especially this early in the game.

Crais is amazing in this episode. Such rich character development - it overshadows Zhaan's, imo.

I knew from what we were given in Premiere that there was a reason Crais was the way he was. I didn't expect the writers to make it something so big, so deep.

It tears me apart, probably more now than it ever did, with what background the comics gave us on his parents. But I won't go there.

The first Zhaan pic is fantastically beautiful. Great capture right there.

I keep saying it but you're coloring is just so perfectly Farscape. Such a vivid show deserves vivid pics which you manage to create on a consistent basis! I'm really impressed.

I purposefully went from light to dark with the pictures here, to express the mood of the episode, and those two are my favorites as well.

It's a great show to work with...everyone and everything is so, so pretty.

The face in 3 is so great I couldn't not use it even if it didn't seem to match the mood of the other pictures. But that's what's so great about Farscape too - there's always some humor and lightness there :)

This is one of the hardest episodes for me to make icons (or any graphics) of, cause everything is so dark and blue or yellow. But you managed to pull this off very nicely. The last one is my favorite, the look on his face says so much and the dramatic coloring is perfect. The first Zhaan is also very lovely and soft, and the cap choice is awesome, love that expression. I really like the Maldis one as well even though he isn't my favorite character. The picture is very dramatic and pretty.

Great job again! Can't wait to have more of these! (And I would have nothing against some extras, but there is a risk that by the fourth season it will be 'episode x in 30 pictures' if you start adding them now ;) speaking of the 4th season, can't wait to see what you do with the gorgeous Sikozu. The picspam of her was fantastic, so I reeeaally want to see more! :) )

Thank you so much! I was very struck by the strong colors in this; I had alternates that were predominantly orange, purple, green, or red, and considered making it a rainbow.

I made the first cap as light as I could, and the last as dark as possible, to show how the mood of the episode progressed, and I'm pretty pleased with it. I feel like I should have had at least one cap of Liko, but there's too much to fit in, and I hate those parts of the episode. I have no love for Maldis, but felt he should be in there as the puppetmaster...and wanted to show him as a threat, and not a joke.

That's my fear as well. I have terrible self-discipline and really need to set rules or I know every episode Chiana's in will have like 100 caps.

I can't wait to get to Sikozu either! Even though I'm a little scared of season 4 because while I love it, the caps are harder to work with, often so dark and grainy.

I may post the next episode today - I accidentally did them out of order ;-) I'd like to adopt some sort of firm schedule, like posting on tuesdays and fridays, but I should see if that's possible first before promising anything. That never ends well.

I come from a family of artists but have never been able to draw, so I turned to writing. I have the urge to paint (abstract mostly, my attempts at anything recognizable are laughable) but have done very little of it. I did create two small pieces for Raelee Hill's con book last year, which was fun. And reportedly she liked them, so that was more fun =D

It's definitely something I think about and plan to do, but then don't...maybe it would make a perfect resolution for the new year :)

I know, right? She makes the best faces, especially in season 1.

I think part of the reason why I'm a bit resistant to the J/A ship is that the more that develops, the more somber and serious and sad she is all the time. Which probably explains why I love Meltdown, despite my resistance. Her expressions are smiley and awesome in that episode.

Yeah I just watched the end of season four for the first time in a while, and Aeryn doesn't really feel like she does much in the last few episodes.

Well, here's to indulgence! I love Aeryn's expression in #3 and it led me to thinking that it would be great to have a gallery with her funny faces (right now I'm thinking about her imitation of the Vork and the one where she mimics Rygels in Through the looking glass.).

Nr. 4 is particularly intense, and somehow it conveys drama, rather than the funny moment it is. Nr. 6 is awesome, with that firelight in the center and everyone highlighted with hellish shades.
And of course the last one: the quiet moment after the (calculated) madness - it hits you like a punch in the stomach, and there's such a great contrast between darkness and light that speaks volumes.
